Adobe is hiring a Member of Technical Staff 2 (MTS-II) specialized in Frontend Engineering for its Commerce Experiences team in Bangalore. This squad is responsible for building, experimenting with, and optimizing user conversion journeys across Adobe's global product portfolio to drive acquisition and customer retention. You will build highly responsive web UI components within established design parameters, execute multivariate rendering tests, optimize browser performance, and collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and product managers to scale global e-commerce touchpoints.
Key Technologies:
React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, DOM Manipulation, Git, CI/CD, Jest, GitHub Copilot
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of technical experience engineering frontend web applications with modular, responsive, and maintainable layouts.
- Deep proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, with an explicit preference for React. High familiarity with ES6+ scripting patterns or TypeScript is highly valued.
- Advanced working knowledge of core browser fundamentals, including structural DOM manipulation, cross-browser debugging, and advanced CSS styling (including preprocessors like SCSS).
- Proven hands-on track record writing unit and component-focused automated tests, coupled with baseline exposure to integration or end-to-end (E2E) verification models.
- Comfort utilizing modern AI-assisted coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to efficiently accelerate writing, testing, refactoring, and iterating on code within company standards.
- Practical daily familiarity with Git-based version control and core continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) delivery workflows.
- Structural awareness of secure coding practices and web-vital frontend performance considerations (e.g., bundle sizes, rendering paths).
